What's the difference between purchasing multiple digital flyers and social media content?

Social media content is tailored for social media, it's multiple post following the same theme. For example, you have a holiday theme and need posts that have business hours, subscribers, holiday products and holiday specials...those would be under the same theme.

You would purchase multiple digital flyers when the flyers you'll need are completely different. For example, a themed event flyer and a 20% off sale flyer are two different looks.

Why does everything have to be emailed?

Communication via email holds both parties accountable and leaves very little room for discrepancies. This also allows us to be able to go back and reference when designing.

Can I rush an order?

Rush orders are available for an additional fee, submit an inquiry via our contact page or email.

We may not be able to accomodate large rush orders or all orders that require shipping but we will always try our best.

Please Read Before Purchasing

We are extremely thankful for your support and strive to make sure you have the best experience possible. Below are a few important notes to make the process clear and seamless. 

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for a response to all inquiries and emails.
  • Our primary method of communication is email. Phone and zoom conversations may be used for consultations. 
  • Once payment is submitted, projects are added to the queue. Please make sure you email your color scheme, verbiage, photos, and all other content to info@vznmediaco.com for ALL projects within 1-2 business days of purchase.  Please keep in mind, we can't begin any work without this!
  • Payment in full is required before beginning any project, with the exception of packages and website design (deposit is required, flexible payment options). Full payment must be received before print production begins and is sent to the customer. 
  • We use preferred vendors for printing and distribution. If you would like to print with your preferred vendor, we have to have the required dimensions prior to designing. 
  • Customers must place an order and pay through the website. 
  • Most turn around times are in the description of each product and times vary based on current workload. If you have a deadline to adhere, please consult first. (A 3-5 business day turnaround may actually be 5 and not 3). Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for edits. 
  • Turnaround time becomes effective once full payment and ALL required information is received and is measured in business days. Note that we are closed on the weekends and holidays. 
  • Rush orders are available for certain projects for an additional fee, otherwise, please place your order in a timely manner to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Professional images are required to ensure high quality designs, low quality images (screen shots, snapchat photos, filtered photos, etc.) will not be accepted for use.  
  • Photo editing is not included in any service and will incur an additional fee. 
  • The creation of wording/slogans/copy is not included in any service but is available for an additional fee. 
  • All designs remain property of VZN Media Co. until project is paid in full and approved by the customer. VZN Media Co. retain the right to use any designs in a portfolio and for advertising purposes. 
  • Each project comes with a 3 draft policy, after the third edit there is a $25 editing fee per edit added until we finalize the project. 
  • Cancellation policy: There are no refunds once work has began. If customer discontinues communication or doesn't respond to communication, this falls under cancellation and a new order will need to be placed to continue. There will be an additional fee to continue projects if there is no communication within 7 days of purchasing.  Please be mindful of our time.
  • Chargeback disputes will be sent to small claims court.
  • If something is unclear, feel free to submit a contact request form first before placing an order
  • We do NOT accept payments via offline processors (cash app, zelle, etc.) 
  • Policy applies to ALL designs.
